Well. I did my usual check to make sure there wasn't any offensive spam comments or dings on this blog. I used the blacklist thingy Mike installed to make a nasty ones go away. After deleting the junk, I hit the 'despam' button. It looks like I have blacklisted all my friends. I guess I will have to wait until Matt gets here to check it out for me. I doubt that Michael will have the time in the next few days. It is a busy time of year.
Speaking of that, just in case I don't post until next year, I want to wish each and everyone of you a very Happy Holiday and a Wonderful New Year.
Oh, and for those of you who have been wondering. Everything is OK here. I haven't had much time for the computer, and it has been so dry here that there are little cracks on the skin of my fingertips. Kind of sore. Who knew that we use the middle finger of the left hand so much. Even typing on the keyboard is pretty painful. So much so, that I had to go see the friendly dermatologist to see what was going on, and why these little 'papercuts' weren't healing.
Turns out his office had been full of people with the same complaint. I guess I wasn't the only one who was starting to be concerned that it was some kind of awful fungus or skin eating disease. So far the cream he gave me isn't working. Nor is wrapping my finger tips in plastic wrap doing the job. I just may have to wait until the humidity goes up. What a choice. Getting older is not for sissies. :-)
