Ever since my weekend in DC, I have somehow felt more connected. I seem better able to be in the moment. I notice more fully the green of the trees, the the song of the earth, the sound of the birds and the beauty of the moon.
I don't know exactly what has changed. While there and coming home, I feel as though I've been infused with love. The ingredient we truly cannot live without. Thank you.
